A great field of Modified Sedans will descend on the Makit Hardware Narrogin Speedway this Saturday Night for Round Three of the 2017/2018 GWN7 WA Modified Sedan Series.
The meeting doubles as the Cranecorp Holden vs Ford Stampede with support from local car dealerships Edwards Holden and Narrogin Ford.
The Modified Sedans will make their first appearance at the Narrogin for two years after last year’s event was completely washed out. This weekend’s round takes on extra significance with the Speedway Sedans WA Modified Sedan State Title to be held at the same venue just three weeks later.
Albany’s Bill Penn leads just Broome’s Ray Clifton by just seventeen points in the series standings, with Adam Houston a further fourty two points back in third.
Some of the heavy hitters of WA Modified Sedan racing will make their first appearances of the series including current Western Australian Champion Clint Noakes, who recently finished runner up in the Kings Royal event in Queensland.
Two Time Western Australian Modified Sedan Champion Mick Johnson is also in the field along with Sean Theyer who is a two time winner of the “Stampede”.
Production Sedan standouts Kane McDiarmid and Paul Stevens are also entered for this weekend’s round along with young guns Miranda Ball and Branden Fraser.
