The 34th Annual Brian Rose Memorial for Street Stocks also known as the “RDA 100” has attracted some of Australia’s best competitors for the event to be held this Sunday afternoon at the Ellenbrook Speedway located in the northern outskirts of Perth.
Jamie Oldfield will be out to claim an historic eleventh victory in his home club’s major event for Street Stocks but will be aware of the quality of the field he will come up against this weekend.
Current Northern Territory Champion Steven Gartner & highly decorated Victorian Mick Dann are making the long trip across the nullabor with their own equipment with the duo looking to become just the second interstate drivers to win the Brian Rose Memorial.
Kalgoorlie’s Jack Barnewall who is the current WA Street Stock Champion and former State Champion Hayden Norman loom as two drivers likely to contend for victory along with Carnarvon’s Jace Kempton and Collie’s Paul Joss.
Albany’s Peter Herbert along with Evan Wakefield, two time National Champion Mick Hamon and former winner Warren Oldfield should all be towards the front of the field in the A Main come Sunday.
Warm Sunny Conditions are expected to greet competitors and spectators with the RDA Production Sedan Classic and Junior Sedans also on the program.
